These Terms are an agreement between you and DeliverRev, operated by PR Investments (“DeliverRev,” “we,” “us”). By using deliverrev.com or the DeliverRev app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
DeliverRev helps you estimate take-home pay and set aside money for taxes. Its numbers are estimates for your own planning only. They are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and they are not a tax filing. Real results vary. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for your own taxes.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information, and let us know at support@deliverrev.com if you suspect unauthorized use. The records and vehicle information you enter are yours; you are responsible for their accuracy.
Please do not: break the law using the service; try to access other users’ data; interfere with or overload the service; copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the app; or misuse it in any way that harms DeliverRev or other users.
The free tools display ads from third parties. We are not responsible for advertisers’ products, services, or websites. Ads never receive your personal information (see our Privacy Policy).
How we collect, use, share, and may sell information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using DeliverRev, you agree to those practices.
DeliverRev, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by PR Investments and protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. You keep ownership of the data you enter.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the estimates are correct, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your needs.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DeliverRev and PR Investments will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost income, profits, or taxes owed, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using DeliverRev at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue to apply after your use ends.
We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
