DeliverRev (“DeliverRev,” “we,” “us”), operated by PR Investments, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using deliverrev.com and the DeliverRev app, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
DeliverRev is a tool that helps delivery and courier drivers estimate their true take-home pay and set aside money for taxes. It is operated by PR Investments. You can reach us any time at support@deliverrev.com.
2. Information we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- ZIP code — optionally, to show relevant local information. We use only your general area, never a precise address.
- Information you enter into the app — your vehicle details, income targets, and the loads you choose to log (offer, tips, incentives, miles, time, and the take-home and tax estimates we calculate). This is your data; we store it so it syncs across your devices.
- Payment information — if you subscribe to Pro, payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep only a customer reference and your subscription status.
- Anonymous, aggregate activity — with your consent, we use ZIP-level, aggregate figures (for example, typical pay by area) to improve the app. This is never tied to your name, email, or account.
- Device storage — we use your browser’s local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- An anonymous device number — the first time you open DeliverRev, your browser creates a random number for itself and keeps it on your device. It is not built from your phone, your IP address, or anything about you, and it is not linked to your name or email. We use it only to count how many different devices use the site and how often they come back. Clearing your browser data erases it.
- Basic visit counts — which page you opened, the website that linked you to us (the site name only, such as “google.com,” never the full address or what you searched for), and any campaign tag in the link you followed. We use this to see how many people visit each day and how they found us. It is recorded against the anonymous device number above, never against a person.
- Whether an ad was shown or tapped — so we can tell an advertiser how many drivers saw their ad. See section 5.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and run the app (save your vehicles, targets, and load records; sync across devices).
- To process and manage your Pro subscription.
- To improve DeliverRev, using anonymous, aggregate data.
- To contact you about the service, your account, or your waitlist request. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
4. How we share, and how we may sell, information
We share personal information with the service providers that make DeliverRev work:
- Supabase — secure database and login that stores your account and records.
- Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
Data is part of how DeliverRev works, and we may share or sell it. From the day you begin using DeliverRev, we may share, license, or sell information to partners, advertisers, researchers, or other third parties, including for their own purposes:
- Anonymous, aggregate data — such as typical pay by area, built from ZIP-level activity. It cannot identify you, and we may share or sell it at any time.
- Personal information — such as your email or ZIP. Sharing or selling this may be treated as a “sale” of personal information under some privacy laws, which gives you the right to opt out.
Your opt-out: you can tell us not to sell or share your personal information at any time by emailing support@deliverrev.com with the subject “Do Not Sell My Info,” and we will honor it. Opting out does not affect anonymous, aggregate data that cannot identify you.
5. Advertising in the free tool
The free version of DeliverRev is supported by ads. Advertisers do not receive your personal information. If an ad is shown based on your area, that matching uses only an approximate ZIP and happens without sharing who you are. Pro is always ad-free.
We count how many times each ad was shown and how many times it was tapped, so we can report totals to the advertiser. Those counts are recorded against the anonymous device number, and the advertiser is told only totals — how many drivers, which areas — never who you are. All of this counting is our own; we do not embed advertising networks or third-party tracking scripts.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access or delete your data — email support@deliverrev.com to request a copy or deletion of your account and records.
- Unsubscribe — opt out of non-essential emails any time.
- Do not sell my info — opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by emailing support@deliverrev.com with “Do Not Sell My Info.”
- Export — Pro members can download their logged loads as a spreadsheet from the app.
7. Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards (including row-level security so each account can only reach its own data). No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
DeliverRev is for working adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will post the new date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of DeliverRev after an update means you accept the revised policy.
